About Fusion
Located in Nisku Alberta, Fusion Manufacturing Inc. is a CWB division II company specializing in structural steel, pipe support, drilling equipment, and custom steel fabrication requirements. Fusion has a well equipped 8000 ft² fabrication facility with two 5 tonne overhead cranes situated on 2 acres of land. Operating as an experienced solutions provider in welding and fabrication, our projects range from large turn-key fabrication to rush line smaller projects. We are nimble in terms of customer service and sophisticated in terms of industry experience and QMS systems. Our culture revolves around taking care of our employees in terms of work safe practices and training in support of the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry training program.

Quality Management
From the inception of the estimating process, Fusion manufacturing carries a ‘Bid to Build’ philosophy, meaning all facets / specifications of the project are examined and covered to ensure project execution is seamless upon award. This provides our customers cost certainty and reliability. Our continuous improvement process utilizes measurements, records, risk management, and employee training to ensure our quality policies are instilled company wide. As part of Fusion’s QMS system, we perform test fitting and assembly where possible to ensure the engineering and design drawings match the final production phase, this ensures the product fits / installs on site with little effort or trouble shooting. Repeated feedback from our customers and clients is that our product saves significant install and erection costs. We wouldn’t want a product that causes additional cost from our vendors and we hold our final product to this same standard.
